What began as a refresh to their marquee communications platform (Brookfield.com) lead to a years-long brand and business strategy and advisory role. Our work included analysis of the Internal communications team’s capabilities and processes, their key objectives and expected outputs. To date, we have built a robust practice to discover and improve efficiencies, bolster talent, and communicate and execute internal processes. With our consultation, Brookfield’s design team moved from on-call designers to strategic partners with a seat at the table for many initiatives.

When Brookfield Asset Management makes a move, it can move a market. However, shareholder value alone cannot carry such a large organization on its own—the brand’s opacity led to significant misrepresentation in the press.
Together with Brookfield leadership, we strategized, ideated, and designed a centralized corporate website that broadcasts the brand’s critical share of voice, showcases value and activity to the marketplace, exceeds investor audience requirements, and supports HR initiatives.

Our external point of view and years of experience allowed us to build and strengthen the internal team.
